Yes need to sort my speed out and also should practise more but thanksfirst one your slow on most of the rest your way too fast on hence the reason why you have gaps within the welds
Cheers i have a hawk 130 gasless mig hence the spatter also I was using different feeds and messing with the settingAlways a good idea to give an idea of your setup when asking for advice welder model, wire type, gas (type)/nogas settings etc.
but, as a self taught amateur, my initial reactions would be too much spatter and thready welds. possibly wire speed too high or too much stickout also signs of not enough gas flow in places but that could also be welding in a breeze
