Hello fellows I am a new to this forum. Recently I have purchased the Clark mig welding from London about one month ago and shipped it to Qatar, because I want to learn some welding for hobby. When I have purchased the Mig welding 135Te they supplied small bottle I think contain CO2. The bottle finished so I went and bought a new big cylinder of CO2 and made little modification on the regulator so I will fit the 5mm screw. In the beginning my weld is ok but when I changed to CO2, my welding becoming terrible, two much sparks and beds are ugly not sooth. I use 0,8mm spool that suppled with machine.
My question how much quantity of CO2 should I feed into the machine. Do I need co2 and argon mix or just Co2 only.
I appreciate your help because Mig not popular yet in Qatar, everyone using Arc. I was not successful in Arc welding.
Thank you
