Hey guys/girls,
I own the Kemppi RA 215A 3ph machine and i think its fantastic, its a huge jump up from the Migatronic I had before it, but it lacks a few features that I thought I wouldn't need, but using a few other machines lately made me see how invaluable they are for the type of work I do.
I mainly build roll cages for race/rally cars so sometimes can be very thin walled tube in very hard to get places.
I thought when I bought the RA it had pulse, I didn't really it was a low frequency pulse that was like on/off style that you could do with your trigger, I want to know that the Kemppi 3000 is a proper high speed pulse unit? I also miss the hot start function on my old machine.
Now the price is almost double that of the RA, so is it worth it? anyone have one to give me an honest review? be interested to know for the £4k price tag if there is anything else on the market I should consider?
Also I've owned the RA just under a year and tbh only used it handful of times, its still like new, do you think I would get £2k back for the machine?
Thanks for your advice, and any other info on this pulse 3000 would be greatly appreciated.
