Just having a shift round in the workshop, and thought I'd check before I lug it to the far end of the workshop. I have a 110B, (that's staying regardless), and a 180 here. Realistically, unless I'm doing anything massive, is there good reason the 110 alone won't cope with owt I'm liable to chuck at it? Most I can see me doing is either working with plate upto 1/4", else welding/repairs on damaged cast iron, but I'm assuming V'ing out and multiple runs would suffice for that, if necessary?
Seeing as I haven't even mastered welding yet, it seems a bit excessive having two welders, but I don't want to be letting the 180 go if I'm liable to be kicking myself for it later, so opinions appreciated.
