First off I'd like to say hello to every one here and pass on compliments on what a nice forum you have here .
I need a little help on welder options for restoration of an e30 BMW 325i.
shes in a bit of a sorry state and It looks like I will be replacing both inner rear wheel arches,outer rear panels,both front wings and some major bulk head and foot well welding.
I used to do a spot of welding when I was at college years ago,I wasn't bad so I think I'll be able to pick it up again.
I am looking to get a MIG welder and I need pointing in the right direction as to what output I should be looking at to do the job Ive been looking at between 100-130A gas-less MIG welders priced between 120-200 pound respectively.
if you guys or girls can give me any advice It will be most welcome
