Hi boys and girls,
Basically, I've never used a welder before, but I would really like to get into it, so I can then save my car from Car Heaven.
I will mainly be welding Mild Steel, Car Body Material, possibly upto 5mm thick but definately no thicker. I'll also be looking at welding Alloy, both plate and tube, as a company I work for use this for stages, legs, etc, etc so would be handy if I could do repairs "In-House".
I've been looking at the Sealey range, I have around £150 to (at a push) £200 to spend at the moment, but I could really really push to around £250 if I really had to.
Has anyone had any experience with the Sealey range? All advice is greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Steve
