I'm looking at buying my first (AC/DC) TIG welder and my top two choices so far have been a Sif TS200 (because that's what I'm training on) and a Jasic Pro 200P (because Jasic seem well thought of and it's a bit cheaper).
I went into a welding shop today and was recommended the Pro 200 Mini. I asked about the Pro 200P but was told the Mini was better because you don't need all the controls, the machine works it all out for you.
But it's nearly £400 more.
Does the Pro 200 Mini really works it all out for you and if so a) what's it working out and b) is it worth £400?
(It would be good know how the Jasic rates agaisnt the Sif as well if anyone has an opinion.)
