Hi All,
Was just about to pull the trigger on purchasing a new MIG Parweld160i rig, when the seller suggested I may have some problems sticking thin plate especially around 1mm and less. I'm not in any way experienced and so TIG which would ultimately be better is a bit out of my comfort zone. I'm currently restoring a classic Mini, which I believe is thicker than 1mm, but want a machine that will last for several years and could be used on newer vehicles if necessary.
Any views experience with this type of machine would be very helpful.
Cheers
