This sounds interesting. What's a low-voltage house, and how do you light it with lasers? Also I would have thought that storing hydrogen and oxygen in the same bottle was potentially explosive. Usually they're mixed just before the point of ignition....
A low voltage house is one running off 12 or 24 volts DC from batteries to incorporate other technologies, you can charge the batteries with alternative sources of power such solar which is expensive and inefficient on the entire cycle, or wind power from the newer and very efficient compact wind turbines which are much more efficient and a fraction of the price of solar systems, or something else such as water power providing a low voltage source of power.
You connect it to a mains charger as well as your other system and set the bias, when your batteries get down to 10% of their working range the charger kicks in to charge them, the rest of the time they are charged by your alternative system/s. Generally the low voltage systems are used for lighting and security systems as many are designed to be run from 12V and the preferred choice is LED, however you can get much more light output out of a laser generator, much like LED the reflector determines its light spread and is something we are working on currently.
