I have an LAW410 with a MEK4 wire feed, which is normally super smooth. I set it with very little pressure on the rollers, as I was taught, but now it's feeding intermittently, and it sort of looks like the rollers are eccentric, and the sprung rollers are moving up and down as it feeds. I took the liner out and gave it a shake and a blow through a couple of weeks ago, which seemed to help for a bit, but now its started again. I keep a piece of sponge on the end of the liner to stop dust feeding through with the wire incidentally, another little trick I was taught. I've taken the rollers out and cleaned them too, there was a lot of rubbish in the back roller, but it's made no difference. I'll be buying a new liner as soon as I can find one, though it's not that old. It's a 3 metre water fed trafimet torch and I'm not sure where to get one though. Any and all advice appreciated!
