Hi guys,
So i picked up a LTS UK Mig 200 Como welder a few months ago on ebay. I had intended on buying a smaller unit but they sent this instead and Im not going to complain . I recently got it wired into the mains, and have been melting some wire and generally testing the settings and seeing how it works in general. I have however noticed it does not seem to work on settings 1-4. When I turn it to setting 4 or below, it does not feed the wire, I hear the clunk of the realy(?) but the motor does not turn. Put it to setting 5 and above and it works great. Any ideas on what could be the issue?
Im using 0.8mm flux core wire, feeds fine and and welds fine on the higher settings. I tried removing the spool and running it empty but the motor for the wire feed still does not spin.
I've emailed the seller about this but as they have sent me the wrong item then Im a but weary in case they want me to send it back or whatever as they sent me the wrong one.
Pic of the unit.

I can get a video later if thats any better?
Cheers
