Have a look on fh brindle for the steel dishes they do might be suitable?
ThanksWhen you say 'plain glass lens', do you just mean a circular window pane? In other words, not the type of lens that bends or focusses the light. Measure the thickness and any glaziers will cut it for you. I think they sandblast the edge to frost it.
Thanks
Here is the lens, Sand blasting would work but I don't think it would match, the outer is etched then leaves a clear section in the middle, a New Glass is £95+ Delivery!

in which case 3d printing would be a piece of cake
Your in lucky i knocked 2 up using an old choke cable escutcheon !
One bolt for each lightah, if they're going to be used like that 3d printing won't really be any good
I've not seen them before, I assumed there were multiple bolts for each headlight
They mount with one bolt to a big bracket or direct to part of the bodyThese are how a lot of manufacturers went for wing mounting, could it be those are for a headlamp bar ?
They are quite rare and a couple of UK companies already offer restoration services so I would assume they are well catered for, they seem to be the sort of thing people would pay someone else to restoreIf they are that expensive it would be worth knocking up some flypress tooling and market them. With laser cut discs with all the drillings taken care of they would take seconds to make.
