I presume the title was supposed to say 2023? Or are you looking for 10 year old books?!
I've read most of the books I could find and honestly there weren't any that really stood out. There are definitely some good points made in Welding Know How, but most of the useful stuff is general welding (e.g. controlling distortion) rather than TIG specific. There's an eyewateringly expensive book called "A Practical Guide to TIG (GTA) Welding" which looks to be very detailed but the price seems excessive. I obviously would never recommend googling the name of that book along with "pdf"...
Like @AKN said, your best bet is probably the tutorial on here combined with lots and lots of practice. Don't be afraid to post photos of your attempts: there are lots of knowledgeable folk on here who can offer advice.
