hey eveyone,
I work on a 375 mig welder everyday on aliminium 8 hours a day and i weld head to head (about 1m apart) with another worker its how the jigs set up, 16ft long welding crossbars each foot, there is no safety screens ect. Over the last couple months, most days i come home i have mild flash. I use a cigweld weldskill helmet on max sensitivity and 13 shade and it doesnt seem to be cutting it anymore. How much damage is this really doing to my eyes and what helmet would you recommend sensitivity is the main thing. Any advice tips or anything would be very helpul.
Thanks
