Been using Geka 316 rods recently and I like them a lot.
Often with stainless rods I have found you can get a slightly porous start to the weld, just a few bubbles for maybe 10mm, but no such problem with the Geka rods. Also the slag doesn't ping nearly as badly as it does with others, it usually kind of peels then falls off, sometimes on its own, other times just with a touch with the end of the next rod.
