Hello,
Having some troubles getting the foot pedal to work properly on my Miller Syncrowave 275P.
The arc initiates as it should, HF good and amp control is totally fine also. So, the microswitch and the potentiometer in the pedal are ok. Also, cable to/from welder/pedal must be ok as well as at the plug/socket.
The problem is there is no gas control at all. As soon as I turn it on at the regulator, it flows, not matter what position the foot pedal. The only way I can get it to turn off is by turning the Output/Contactor from "Remote" to "On" which makes me think the switch for the valve works.
Can anyone offer any advise on this, as you can imagine, I'm wasting a lot of gas
Many thanks,
Pete
