Duty cycle: 35% @ 220 amps, 60% @ 160 amps and 100% @ 130 amps.
Postal code for the manufacturer on the pic is only 4 digits, Germany changed to 5 digits in 1994, so the welder has been built earlier.
Edit: The price the for the welder is a good deal when the unit is functioning properly. Ess makes good welders and the manufacturer is still in business. But 415 V / 36 amps may be a problem and a reason for the low price...
