use a hand held pin chuck saves the fingers !
most welders on site use the angle grinder resting on its back with one hand and jambed against some thing to make it stable and hold the pin chuck with tungsten against the gaurd at the required angle to wheel
while pointing the tungsten forward against direction of the wheel . hold the tungsten in the cold breeze out the grinder motor to cool now and then
after youve done it a few thousand times its a breeze "btw cubitron wheels eat tungsten like butter "
