So after use for 1&1/2 months my docs rigger boots Have fallen apart. The interior lining at the back has ripped so I can't get my feet out of the boots if I put them on with out resorting to contorsionisim, the rubber over mouldy at the heel and at the front over the toes has started to peel away. For £120 boots I'm pretty disappointed, had a pair of solid gear boots and they lasted me 8months at work, getting weld spatter, heavy fuel, diesel, and sea water all over them. The soles gave out on them first, in contrast the docs soles are holding up well to trial by fire but the rest of the boot is a bit useless. I like them other wise and they are very comfortable but do you guys think I have a right to complain to the manufacturer at all, I got them off their website. Admittedly they are possiblely a bit on the small side as I wear really thin socks at work to get them to stay on my feet comfortably (thick socks and 40 degrees plus ain't a good combination) got them a size smaller than I usually do but I don't see how this could of caused them to disintegrate this quickly.
