i´m looking for buying a inverter stick welder, i have two dc transformer welders but the more i read about it, the more i think that a inverter would be better for learning to weld some small stuff.
i came across a deca sil415 unit for about 100 euros second hand but i was looking into the tecno stuff and saw that it was 7% at 140 amps, 60% at 45 Amps and only 100% at 40 amps.
i think that this machine is a bit short (100% at 40). i look at chinese rebranded machine and they go to a 110 amp at 100% for a 160 amp machine.
what do you think about this deca welder?
i have also the chance to buy a broken telwin tecnica 144 inverter for 25 euros the seller said that it will not turn on. it had a blowout i think in the firt part of the circuit. it is worth to fix the welder?
another question where stand the tecnica family in the telwin corporation? i see a lot of force telwins the tecnica is better or worst that force?
thanks
