Basically, an inverter type welder uses complicated electronics to produce the welding current rather than a simple wound transformer found in most machines.
Inverter based tigs are the canine's cojones regarding features, portability etc but inverter migs just aren't very common and a decent quality one would probably set you back a fair amount.
Those Cobel ones are made in China, not in itself a bad thing but if (when) it goes wrong, you may find it difficult to get support for it.
Stick with a transformer one, much more simple .
