The Power Setting Tables (beginning on page 26) refer to a combination of setting - A 1, B 1 etc. You will find that the power is set, using a combination of the two switches on the front - A / B for coarse adjustment and 1 / 2 for fine. The full range of power setting would run A 1, A 2, B 1, B 2 - so the two switches give you four individual power settings. Hope that's helpful. Regards, Ian.

B Barkychoc Member Messages 45 Nov 14, 2009 #6 Some of the Clarke manuals have the power settings incorrect in the manual. I have a 160EN and the settings in order are 1 MIN 1 MAX 2 MIN 2 MAX 3 MIN 3 MAX which is not what it says in the manual!
