Hi guys,
I have recently been given an old SIP Migmate Super and have been using it with varied results. It seems to have feeding problems, sometimes just stops feeding within about a second then will run for a while before stopping.
Anyway, I really quite enjoy welding so have decided to buy a new welder when I get my bonus from work.
I was thinking of this one - http://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/product/details/150te-turbo-mig-welder?da=1&TC=SRC-mig welders
Could you please advise if this is the best one for my needs.
I'm looking at spending around £300 and will be using it for car bodywork, up to maybe 5mm for general fabrication. I'll probably be using disposable bottles for now, but would perhaps need a reasonable duty cycle as I'm about to start a car restoration.
Thanks chaps.
