Proffed one of these a bit back as the lads at the Welding supplies know I'm a DIYer and do deals for me.

Anyway,
why did I get it
I have a Weldtek airfed for MIG and Stick, but there are times when its over the top for small jobs/tacking up. So I wanted a basic lid to reserve my 3M for TIG.
Feature that interested me was that the "controls" are on the outside and I can flick from weld to grind without taking the mask off.
Comfort: good, mask not as rigid as the 3M, but it feels lighter.
Operation; switching etc is good, field of view ok, grinding function works a treat.
It seems more compact than my other masks, so it might be good for car restoration folks?
I probably would not have considered it if it had not been offered in the deal, but glad I took it.
