Post some pictures of the machine settings, and how the cables are all plugged on.
I will do
...from memory it is:
Preflow gas time
Ignition energy
Start current
Upslope time
Weld current l1 (main current)
Weld current l2 (for pulsing)
Downslope time
End crater current
Gas post flow
Everything was set exactly like the screen shot except I had pre flow at 1.5 seconds, downslope at 1.5 seconds and post flow at 7 seconds. L1 (main current) from 60 to 110. Former too cold, latter too hot, 80-90 range was variable with puddle creation, movement or blow out...On 4mm mild steel.
L2 current set to whatever because I had pulsing off.
All cables correctly inserted polarity wise (I checked) DCEN. Grounded properly...I haven't, however per my edit, checked the gas cables and whether we are running a 75/25 mixture or 100% and I can't do that till the 8th Jan when I'm back, sorry.
