Nov 10, 2016 #7 I have used shopping trollies, but stopped when I found out how steep the fine was if you got caught with one. I have even used a shopping basket for a small BBQ. My local steel supplier has mesh from 2mm to 6mm, of cuts are plenty. Plus cheep. Or pop along to your friendly neighbourhood scrap yard and have a root and dig around. Or make one from bar, rebar or anything. A fun project.
