Hi everyone. I recently resprayed my car jet black with cellulose around 4 months ago.
I refinished the car via colour sanding up to p3000 ,and followed up by compounding ,waxing ect by machine. Had a really nice finishing although now the car is getting dull real quick.
I just finished spraying my second car with metalic black with 2k base and 2k clear, the finish and shine runs rings around the cellulose finish.
I was wondering could i apply any clear coat on top of the cellulose,i was wondering would 1k be ok or 2k or dose it have to be cellulose clear.
Also what prep would i have to do to the car before applying the clear,ie key up with wet sading,if so what grit.
Many thanks
