It was cobbled together from whatever was at hand.
The body is about 18" of acrow prop. it has a steel plug that clamps into the top and seals it.
There is a hole in the top with a length of tube pressed in to it, the tube has emulsion holes.
The long plastic tube pushes over the thin steel tube.
There is a blow gun attached to the top to pressurise it.
I think the nozzle is a bleed nipple and a female brake fitting, it gives a circular spray pattern.
The only problem with using 5m of nylon tube is when you let the dinitrol cool in it you have to stick
the tube in hot water so you can blow the **** out.
Well then, I am not as smart as I have pretended to be for the last 50 years
I decided there was more to my problem than the product itself.
Made a temporary variable nozzle out of a bit of brass wedged in my Schutz gun and did some testing and sure enough with a smaller nozzle it sprayed much better.
Found an older schutz gun in the shed which remarkably had a smaller nozzle and to be honest I don't know what the fuss was about, it goes on very well.. so I take it back, user error here.
During experimentation I managed to get a half decent fan by slotting a second temporary nozzle bodged out of some plastic.
