Another trolley

Another blade handling trolley, this one is for a dicer that has cylindrical blades that I'm told cost around £7000 a piece and has about 70 razor sharp edges on it, the upper tray is for the sharps and the lower for the various brackets and fixings that come off when the machine is cleaned and serviced, the trolley breaks down for cleaning,
The 2 carriers slip through the blades to enable them to be carried safely.

Superb work as usual Paul. I'm turning green with envy as I type.A rare talent,excellent design and absolutely first class manufacture, I'm a little surprised they did not want a stainless sleeve to slip over the blades with a slot for the handles to poke through at the top to make them totally safe while being carried.

What are the two holes for in the bottom of the tray?

Apart from the castors all that was made from material in stock, thats the great thing about designing your own jobs, make them around whats on the rack, it's just 3" x 16swg decorative tube cheap enough to buy.
There are 6 holes in the bottom tray, just for drainage.

Gordon, the blades actually come with a neoprene sleeve over them, A stainless cover was offered and no doubt will be a little job for the near future.
