Nice job restoring the Fobco. I have a 1950's bench drill which honestly I've never checked for true square, as its always been close enough for what its been used for; but have set my other press up for precise angles, and back to square using a ground bar and J&S Vice.I'm doing this on my phone. Hard to see without my glasses. The table has been planed on the top about twenty thou and the face where the table mounts to the pillar to make it bang on square. Try putting an accurate square on the table of your drill and see how square it is to the column you may be surprised how over time your table has sagged
