Looking for tips and nozzles for Airco Dip Pak 200 can find them anywhere. So if you know of a place. Thank You
Here are two photos of the gun.Let me know what you thinkPost a pic of the torch. Could be Tweco or Binzel. Most likely Tweco if it is original.
Tweco torches were sold with every Airco i have seen.
Most likely a Tweco #2 uses #14-xx tips (14-30 for 0.030 14-23 for 0.023 etc.) Torc hes #2 through #4 use the same contact tips.
#1 gun will use 11-xx tips (same as smaller Lincoln welders.)
Shroud will be dependent on the gun.
Please understand am new at this, for me to disconnectOdd looking gun. Given its age and condition, I'd replace the whole gun and cable. Looks like a Eurotorch setup. Must have been converted at one time.
A whole torch/cable setup would probably cost you about $130. Disconnect the gun from the machine and post a pic of the connector so we can verify it is Eurotorch.
First wind the wire back onto the reel. Cut the bit of wire sticking out the gun off as ther is probably a ball on the end.
Release the pinch roller tension. Wind the wire reel back. Be careful when the end comes through as you will need to hold it and secure it (there are small holes in the reel you put the wire through and bend over. If the wire ever gets loose, it will spin off the reel like a big spring.
Where the torch plugs into the machine, there is a plastic ring with ridges on it. Unscrew it and the gun cable should pull out.
I spoke to the previous owner he did say it was a eurotorch connection.Should just go back in reverse.
Any markings on the gun?
