Well after some more practice with the tec arc machine i have i'm slowly getting there.
Its so much nicer than the cobel machine i had before.
But i stilll need to get my adr 300 working.
Here's some pic's anyhow.
There is a bit of undercut on the welds so still need to work on that, but one thing is i'm not having to change the tungsten every 5 mins after dipping it!!
The first 2 are of some 5mm, for a transfer box holder for a transmission jack.
The 2nd to are off a old piece of alloy cast i had. I cut the end of that i've welded back on. But ground a v in it to take the weld.
Did a weld low in the v then followed on with another over the top after cooling.
Any comments are welcome
