yeah if you use it below 140 amps otherwise that one well defo blow a fuse as its 200 amp so its more powerfull then the other

if i were you i'd do quite a bit of reading about tig welding and what people have to say about different machines before spending any money
May I suggest something without taking offence, as you admit, you know nothing about voltages, have never welded and at the moment have a limited budget for the type of machine you really need, also planning to dive right into the sort of welding a lot of people struggle with even after welding with a mIG previously
Perhaps it would be a good idea to get some experience without rushing into things, a night class at the local tech, find someone local already doing similar and spend some time with them or similar.
I think it would give you a better understanding and help you decide the way to go and exactly what you need.
My suggestion is to avoid you rushing into something and finding you have spent a lot of money on something unsuitable.
It doesn't look as if it does AC TIG which you need for aluminium, nor would you expect it to for that price.
