Hi,
A short while ago I made enquiries about a new MIG I had my eye on types etc.
Now after much deliberation, looking at specs and my budget I have two short listed.
1. GYS EasyMIG 160
2. Parweld XTM 182i Synergic MIG Welder
The main reason for going inverter MIG is the MMA function and lightweight for easy of moving around as I have one welding project 15km or so from my workshop.
The only two questions I have about the above are.
Has anyone used any of the above, how did you get one with it etc, and the second is directly aimed at the Parweld unit, as I say portability is the key, but all the specs I see are saying it weights in at 52Kg, while not massively heavy compared to an old iron unit, it is still a lot to lug around - is this the total if loaded with a 15Kg roll of wire or complete with trolley etc, and can you use the unit with out trolley for instance?
Cheers all
