Hi guys
Am a bit rusty on doing fine, low amp ac welding on my Lorch T220
The issues I am having are two
The arch shroud comes from way up inside the gas lens
Second, my official (red) Lorch foot control cuts the current early
So as I try and ease my foot off the pedal, as the work gets hotter, the welder stops/ cuts out far to early to keep very low amps running
I have a low amp set on the unit to around 20 amps
I am on a frequency off 200
I've tried pulse
Any one have any suggestions plz
I am using a multi strike 1mm gold tungsten as that's all I've got in 1mm for aluminium at present
