Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone here would be able to shed some light joggle bending. I am currently looking into getting a new combination punch/V to form a joggle bend in one stroke. the material being used is 3mm Mild Steel to which the dimensions required are in the pic attached. I aim to get a tool made for this to be formed in one hit on a press tool. I will be using a bend deduction of 5.7mm for each fold and i was wondering can anyone shed some light on what the dimensions should be for the V and punch for this to work in tangent.
Many Thanks
