Ive been burning scaffold board off cuts today. They dont stink but they take some lighting. They are fire retardent treated and its obviously good stuff. They seem to burn slowly once lit

Yes, i watched it happen with plywood under a stove, the wood got to a super dry condition then ignited, and it was very hard to put out.
you can throw more heat into the room by using the convection method the build is big enough to incoperate a good lift of air and to throw it further into the space
