im looking to weld some adapters into a radius arm for the rear suspension of a car.
Setup showed here:
The arm itself is made of tubing 3mm thick, the threaded adapters are 6mm thick, im wondering if my clarke 150 will be able to achieve full penetration?
As a rear suspension component on a rear wheel drive car it is a critical component and i want to make sure it will do.
The metal arm is now cleaned up and now has the same polished finish as the adapter.
Also anyone suggest settings
