Question Ring Roller

This is my section roller i made - it's made from 300 x 15 flat with 85mm dia bdms rolls. It was knocked up pretty quickly for a job, but has seen some real use. Biggest problem is lifting it onto the bench - it weights 40kg plus! Will post some pics of rolled section soon.

what thickness of flat have you run through it?
could you not fit it to a stand or would it take up to much room.

I have rolled 60 x 12 flat easily in it, no doubt it will roll bigger. the pictures show 30 x 6 i think which it will roll in a couple of passes.
Stand would be great but space is my problem at the moment!

That looks the business m8, I would buy one as well if you ever started selling them.

Thinking about taking the pictures over to the local collage to see if they will knock me one up. They'll be alot cheaper than a pro ;-)

Again thanks for all you help.

Baz.

Im looking everywhere for a roller (under £100?)
Cant seem to find much though. Anyone got some suggestions where to look? preferably 3-5mm thick flat bar if possible, so I can start working on a Wrought Iron project.

Hmmm, this is giving me bad ideas...

Wonder what that would do to the J head bearings if it was scaled up, mind you theyre designed to take heavy side loads...
