Default gas in yorkshire

As far as i understand it, unless the company you bought it from have a branch or stockist nearby, you will not be able to get it filled. Gas companies can only fill cylinders that belong to them. I use energas, who are quite big in yorkshire, and fairly reasonable compared to some of them...they have a branch in bradford...i'd give them a shout. www.energas.co.uk Hope this helps.

Companies like BOC/Airproducts who rent cylinders will only fill their own, and only if you have a contract. An independent supplier will probably be more willing.

From what I recall though on O2 cylinders (and this is from diving mind you), is they need to be "in test", and a test certificate lasts for about 5 years. Its only 2 and a half for diving gas tanks, but I think our medical O2 kit is 5. If your tank isn't in test, you probably won't find anyone to fill it.

Some refillers in Finland only deal in rented bottles these days, but the ones that also refill owned bottles take on anything they can find these days, but if they're not from the refillers own brand, you need to have them pressure tested no matter when they were last pressure tested.
