Boc volkszone deal is it still valid ?

Hi can anyone tell me it IF the argonshield offer is still valid I spoken two times with BOC and the don't know what Im talking about is there a special number?I call'd sales they have no idea

I just phoned the main number on BOC site and asked for the Volkzone deal and he said I will just check, came back and said yes I will get them to phone back and set it up for you... Unless they have now stopped it? It was about a week or 2 when I phoned

I called 0800 587 5868 and asked to get a new account set up with the Volkzone offer... they emailed through the paperwork which you sign then fax/email back. Then they call you back to say you're good to go.

As far as I know it's still valid, I set up my account in January.

HI,

How does the Volkszone deal work please ?
Do you have to collect from a BOC agent or do they deliver.
Any help with this would be much appreciated as I am trying to sort out a bottle of Argoshield at a sensible price.

You ring one of the numbers in the post above and ask to go on the volkszone deal, this offer is only for a size Y Argoshield gas which is suitable for up to around 4-5mm using the mig welding process,After you have arranged everything,you pick up a bottle from your local BOC depot.Some members have rung and even picked up the bottle the same day, Check out the Volkszone threads on here and you will find everything you need,

Picked up my bottle of Argoshield this afternoon so very pleased with this deal.
Thanks for posting this information, it's saved me a decent amount of money and time trying to find a supplier elsewhere.
The process with BOC was very straight forward and my account was set up within the hour, so I would recommend this deal to anyone else who's looking for some decent gas.

Good move with the cash account on boc,

I get all my gas via my day job nowadays but when i had my own boc accounts i had nothing but problems, usually with them charging me for cylinders i hadn't had, changed it to cash only sorted it,

This was quite a while back so hopefully i doesn't happen too much now?

yes they still have problems mine is a cash account
i had 2 welcome packs through the post the second was about 1 month later and a week after
that a bill turned up for another bottle and wanted paying in seven days.
