Clarke 100e wiring Photo ?

Hi Guys

I have an old Clarke 100E that I bought from a boot a little while back

The wiring has been pulled about and someone has pulled the wires out of the PCB (see photo)



Has anyone got or can anyone take a photo if they happen to have their welder open

I know that might a long shot but a picture is worth a thousand diagrams sometimes

here you go for a start - you might be able to get wiring dagram off clarke site too....

Curtis, my old chum,
with Drax, Eggborough and Ferrybridge power stations on our doorsteps chucking out around 8,000 megawatts between them, there's not much chance that the lights will go out, so take care when mixing and matching those wires...

Just to be sure there look to be a few differences in components (eg wire feed motor) so I would try to get a diagram if at all poss.

Pics I sent are from a 100e Mk2, probably around 15 yr old and still working fine, although prone to operator error

the welder i have is a 100e Mk2 so it should ok

i'll try it today

fingers crossed i'll have a handy portable welder that i can use outside to do some small jobs

I kno this is an old thread, but I have a clarke similar to the one mentioned here that I took the torch off to try it on another, well that as over 2 years ago..... i now would like to try the machine again, but cannot for the life of me remember where the torch wires go to....
the pics above almost sho the bits i want to see but not quite, i need to know where the torch wires go. Ps. Sorry for the spelling, I have a dodgy \/\/ key on my keyboard that orks hen it feels like it!
If anyone could tell me where the ires go it ould be much appreciated.
