I'm trying to find some thick walled round tubing with a 17mm internal diameter and somewhere around 30mm external diameter. I only need about a metre!
Can someone point me in the right direction?

Easy enough to weld, I have a small fabrication made from the stuff underneath my desk as I write... whether you can get it in a metre length is another matter…
