Hi Terry, welcome to the forum
.You really shouldn't need a manual for that machine, I'd imagine there's only a few controls on it so it will be easy enough to work out the best settings. Rather than say power level 2, wirespeed 6 I'd suggest you do some test welds with some steel of the same thickness to check fusion and penetration, you'll soon work out what works best. Listen for that all important 'sizzle' as you adjust the wirespeed up and down as you weld on different power settings.
