Hi guys, I could use some pointers on the operation of this box pan folder. Its an F J Edwards Besco 4 - 14G B/P. (So 4 foot length, 14 gauge max capacity at full length).
My query is with the adjustments on the 'front'. In the pics, you can see two sets of adjustment bolts at either side - they have little pointers and 'gauges'. One set (the lower set) moves the 'apron' in/out relative to its pivot, the other set moves the actual pivot relative to the bed (in height only).
I presume the first set gives the bend offset, as it is a constant offset throughout the bend. But what is the upper set for - I can't think of a reason for something which adjusts the vertical offset only??
Cheers for any help, Al - anyone got a manual for these kicking about?
