Check out weldingdepot.com

They have the liners for Clarke MIGs. I have used them and they have excellent service. Their rod/wire is just ok though. Get the steel liner (wire guide) not the plastic one.

Pick up some tips, shrouds etc while you are there.

I went to weldingdepot.com and i only found the nylon liner, where would i find the steel liner? And is that liner going to fit the 100en gun?

The plastic one should work; many Clarkes come with the plastic liner. The Steel one lasts longer though.

They used to carry them as I have bought one from them. You might try calling them, maybe they can order them.

I am looking on weldingdepot.com and looking at nozzles and i don't see one for a 100EN but i see they have one for a 130EN do you think that one would work? Are parts between them compatible? What other clarke models are interchangable?

Most of the EN parts are the same. The gasless ones are different (smaller shroud.)

I have feed the wire through into the gun and now i am having trouble with the wire coming out of the tip. It will feed thru if you pull lightly on the wire but if you let go it stops, it acts like its in the gun itself? I don't know and i am sorry that i don't know the termenology. Please help!!!

Do the drive rollers stop or just slip? Have you increased the tension?

May need a new contact electrode (tha 3/4" long copper tip the wire feeds out of.)

it slips but i have tried adjusting the tension and it will just stop if you put alot of tension on it. But it acts like it hanging up on something in the torch. I have a new tip in the gun. But if you pull ever so slightly while pulling the trigger it works good.
