Default KW to HP conversion????

This doesn't look right to me gearing doesn't make a difference?

DAVID BROWN GEARED ELECTRIC MOTOR.
RADICON MOTOR WITH DAVID BROWN GEARBOX.
MOTOR INPUT - 1385 RPM.
GEARBOX OUTPUT - 60 RPM.
MODEL - MO42022.
3PH, 0.37KW.

If it's 3HP = 2.23800000 KW

If it's 0.37KW = 0.49597855 HP

Have I got it right KW x 1.34 = HP?

750 watts to a horse power basically. so a 0.37kw motor is half horse. 0.55kw is 3/4 horse. 0.75kw is 1 horse. 1.1kw is a 1 1/2 horse. 1.5kw is 2 horse. 2.2kw is 3 horse. 3kw is a 4 horse etc

Hello Justme,

no, motors are rated as total load of all three phases, for your information is worked out by square root of three times line voltage (415v for small motors) times full load current times power factor (normally taken as 0.8)

Is that like - KW x 1.34 = HP or HP x 1.34 = KW?

Cause there are various HP's, Oh yes.

There's Horsepower (Metric, DIN, PS)
or
Horsepower (Electric)
or
Horsepower (HP) [I think this one involves real horses]
