I didn't notice where you were. Try looking up RA Poole in Tadworth. They supply stainless fasteners to a lot of places. I used to call in at the Tadworth place, but someone told me they have a place in Chessington now?
I would be very suprised if they didn't have metric fine, while waiting for my order I was looking at a load on a forklift and a lot of the addresses on parcels were the well know bike stainless suppliers.

Not many of the bike stainless bolt kits contain fine threads. Usually the bolt kits are for engine cover bolts, typically M6 x 1.0 and the like. Disc carrier bolts are usually not fine though the caliper mount ones often are.
