Talking jobs section

hi
i have a little surgestion, how about a job section, so if one of us hear about a job that is comming up but they carnt do it, they can list it here, so hopefully some other member can benifit from it

as im looking for jobs i got 2 intervews next week, so hopefully
but i got a phone call today about a job starting next week but i couldnt do it due to having the intevues(the job is a site one and the intervues are fab shop permint ones).

as well if amy members need some one to do any specilised welding that they carnt do it they can see if anyother one want to do it, as i would do some local welding(pipe for members) for free so i keep my fingure in.

thanks in advance

Hi Toddy,
This has kind of been discussed before in a way but because this is a primarily diy forum (although we have some highly skilled pro's here also) it would be extremely difficult to monitor quality of work etc and also with regards to insurance problems etc. although many little jobs do get done as favours it would be too difficult to police as it were.

Anyone please correct me if im wrong (more than likely )

and welcome by the way

Joe

Yes, it has been mentioned before. The UK Welder forum has a jobs section if you are looking.
