They traded under a few user names and have been on there for ages. I can't believe they've suddenly decided to up sticks and scam people but it looks that way.
Did you pay by paypal? If so then you'll get your money back. If you paid by cheque then probably not.

lucky im sorted it guys , found that someone had hacked there ebay and had been selling on there behalf , i.e ebay account was shut down , lucky going thew there feedback ,i managed to get hold of a contact number and after 30mins i got thew ,as the guy explained every over the phone , as i was also worried , that the bank account may have been wiped out too , lucky it wasnt ,the guy was very helpfull in stating a tracking number , who it been sent by too ,, lucky its now arrived in one piece ,, and contacted the guy to let him know , he said ur lucky ive 300items here which i carnt send or do anything with due to my ebay account been shut down , and ebay wont let him access his account to sort the mess out , which some scum bag scammer has caused , lucky its ended well ,
i supose anyone can be angry when u find something dosent arrive on time and then u check listings /etc and there stated as a no longer ebay user , so always assume the worst ,

Spelling used to annoy me, there was a thread on here about dyslexia a while back and it was astonishing how many people on here suffer from it (must be the weld fume!)
As my sister is dyslexic I guess I've learnt not to assume anything by a poster's spelling.

I was pointed to spell checkers in browsers .
I've bunged up a google browser line as it has a spell checker in it ..it highlights in red so is fairly easy to work .
I couldnt tell any one if what i have written is correctly spelt for my brain storage device says it is. But I do have to be extra careful to check capitlizations such as " I " and the start of each sentence.

Hey Powernut. I'm what most people would call 'well educated' and I believe I have a reasonable command of the English language. However, I can't weld for toffee (at the moment). Out of the two of us, it's not too difficult to work out which one makes the most valuable contribution to this forum. It's contributors like you who make this forum a constant source of inspiration, fascination and knowledge for contributors like me. More power to your elbow. Even though apparently well educated I still enjoy looking at the pictures most of all.
p.s. Having written that first sentence I've just checked this damned post half a dozen times to make sure it's correct!

I rely on spell checkers. Brilliant things - they underline the word and you can right click and select the closest to what you meant. Links below:
There are free spell checkers for internet explorer and firefox which work pretty well, they're not perfect but they're adequate. Here's an internet explorer one and here's a firefox one for anyone in need of help

Me too. (also my Mum and my Son but I'd like to think we're not daft
) I can write something read it back and it makes total sense, read it back 10 minutes later and... well needless to say.I use Google spell checker, it's good and doesn't have too many Bastardised American words in it

I was thinking of buying one of their 200amp DC pulse TIG welders for £170 odd just as my first cheapo TIG welder to practice on over Xmas and the new year until I can afford to buy a quality TIG welder off weldequip on the forum.
I'm going to send you a PM if you don't mind an ask some questions on the matter in hand Hope you don't mind.
I'm quite happy to buy a welder from this seller if even it only lasts 6 months because it would be really good for me to practise at home while I'm studying my C&Q course.
-Don't worry about the spellings, I've used the next since the mid 80s and I think we can all say we've seen worse. TBH I did not have hassle reading your first post and I did not even really care how it was spelt I got the gist of the story just fine
